Trip Schedule

FRIDAY January 30th

• 10:30 am - Departure from Montreal to Quebec City

• 2:00 pm - Grocery stop in Québec City (1 hour)

• 4:00 pm - Arrival and check-in at Chalets Montmorency & Villas Mont-Sainte-Anne.

Until 9:00 pm - NIGHT SKIING; shuttles available

• 9:15 pm - Last shuttle return to accommodations

SATURDAY January 31st

• ALL DAY SKI AT MONT SAINT ANNE

• 6:00 pm - Après Ski BBQ outside exec cabins (music and hot dogs)

• 9:00 pm - Exec hosted House party

SUNDAY February 1st

• 10:00 am- Check-out! You MUST have all your things out of the cabin (on the bus, or with you) by 10am!

• 10:30 am - 3:00 pm - Ski at Mont Sainte-Anne

• 3:00 pm - Meet at buses

• 4:00 pm - Departure

• 8:00 pm - Expected arrival in Montréal

Pickup/dropoff: in front of the Hall Building

Is gear included?

Gear is NOT included, you are responsible for showing up to the trip with your own gear. We highly recommend renting from POUBELLE DU SKI. You can also rent gear from the mountain, for more information check out the mountain’s website.

What happens if I can no longer attend? Can I get a refund? 

If you are unable to attend, you can transfer your ticket to someone else. When you have found a buyer, please contact us at cssc.contact@gmail.com and send us proof of the sale, the buyer’s name, phone number, and email. EMAIL US BEFORE PURCHASING a ticket so we can verify that this person has a ticket. 

How does chalet & villa rooming work?

Think about who you want to room with, and we will send an email and link to allow you to request rooming preferences soon.

TICKETS ARE ON SALE UNTIL NOVEMBER 26th 11:59 PM 2025 OR UNTIL WEEKENDER SELLS OUT.
