Accommodation, meals & equipment

A rooming-preference form will be emailed after purchase (one form per group). We do our best to place friends together, but room requests aren't guaranteed. Coming solo? You're welcome! We'll assign your accommodation while taking your preferences into account as much as possible.

Meals, equipment rentals and lessons aren't included. We'll stop for groceries on Friday. For rentals, we recommend arranging equipment in Montréal ahead of the trip — La Poubelle du Ski is our favourite.

Ticket transfers & important information

Ticket transfers: Until Monday, December 14, 2026 at 5:00 PM (EST). See our Discord for the process.

Buying for someone else? Enter that attendee's information for their ticket. Check the ticket refund and cancellation terms before purchasing, and contact CSSC if you need assistance.

A detailed pre-trip email will be sent approximately two weeks before departure. Participants are responsible for their conduct and any damage they cause. Harassment or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.
