1 nights stay in quad occupancy at Delta Hotel in Quebec city
Night out at a bar in Quebec City
1 day of skiing at Stoneham Saturday
1 day of skiing at Ste-Anne Sunday
Bus transportation from Montreal and back
*CSSC will be arranging group activities and challenges for the chance to meet other members and to win some sick prizes!
HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR GROUP:
Each room will have enough space for 4 people, you are in charge of telling us who you want to be roomed with. Once you have decided your roommates email cssc.contact@gmail.com your preferences.
If you don’t reach out to email us your preferred roommates, we will place you in a random room.

**We strongly encourage groups to meet with all members prior to the Weekender trip if rooming with new friends.
FAQ:
Can I room just as a couple or less than 4 people?
No. This is a group trip with limited spots and we want to maximize the opportunities for people to attend.
What happens if COVID-19 restrictions change and the trip is canceled?
In case of closure of the regions (general confinement), the hotel establishments were to close their doors, an interregional travel was strictly forbidden, every participants will receive a full refund.
What happens if I can no longer attend? Can I get a refund?
If you are unable to attend, you can transfer your ticket to someone else. When you have found a buyer, please contact us at cssc.contact@gmail.com and send us proof of the sale, the buyer’s name, phone number, and email. EMAIL US BEFORE PURCHASING a ticket so we can verify that this person has a ticket.
How do I confirm my group for the trip?
You must send and email to cssc.contact@gmail.com with all 4 members of the group before December 19th.
COVID-19 INFO:
-You MUST be fully vaccinated in order to attend this trip.
-It is your responsibility to ensure that you are fit to travel at the time of departure (symptom free)

It is our responsibility to ensure that service providers are open at the time of the client’s travel, that travel is authorized from the region of departure and that access to the region of destination is authorized. The agency reserves the right to modify the packages in the event of the closure, the non-reopening of service providers included initially, or the closure of the regions by offering customers equivalent solutions.
